This week's question feature is Mandee @ Compelled by Words
Q: What would you do over if you were to start your blog again from scratch?
My Answer: I don't really know. I started wih pretty much no idea how blogger worked or how to present a blog. I'm still not great on the inner workings, but I think if anything I would try to get a more basic understanding of the set-up. But overall I think I'm pretty happy with my blog and I wouldn't really change anything.

This Friday's Question:
Unexpected Books: Which books did you have reservations about reading, but ended up loving once you did?
My Answer: well there have been a few.
-The Furnace series by Alexander Gordon Smith. I thought this looked Ghastly and Gruesome and just horrible, but I had to read it for a Book Day at work and I'm so glad I did, they are such good books and the author is friendly and funny and his writing is so captivating.
- The House of Night series by P.C & Kristin Cast. There was once a time when I refused to read anythign with vampires in, I'd been terrified of them since I was little, but again I had to read 'Marked' for a Book Day event at work and really enjoyed it. I have a lot to thank theses books for, they opened me up to the world of YA Paranormal and now I can't get enough. They may not be the best vampire books out there but they were my starting block.
- The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. I know right!!! I thought they sounded to violent and horrible, but of course they are incredible books and so well written.
-Skulduggery Pleasant series by Derek Landy. I remember seeing these in the library and thinking they looked scary and not my sort of thing at all. A talking skeleton? No thanks. But my friend convinced me to give book 1 a shot, saying they were funny not scary. And I'm so glad I listened to her. One of my all time favourite series now! And meeting Derek Landy has been great too!
I'll leave it there or I might start to bore you! Let's just say, it's definitely good to try something different.
Happy Hopping, have a great weekend everyone!!!
I didn't really have a plan when I started book blogging. That's probably what I would change.
