This week's question feature is
My Little World – Books ‘n’ Things!!!!

What are some of your favorite magazines?

My Answer: I don't really read magazines, at all. If I'm going to read I will pick up a book. And I can't really afford them either, I find them ridiculously priced. almost £5 for a few glossy pages? no thanks! that can buy my lunch for a week!

Happy Hopping & Blogging. :D

That's about $8 right? That seems like more than here. Most magazines are around $5, I think?

I am also not a fan of magazines. They give you about twenty minutes of entertainment when you can buy an ebook for that much and have hours of it.

Definitely agree with you about the price. The only ones I pick up are the special editions, like The Hunger Games EW edition!

I don't think many people read magazines anymore!

I used to love magazines, but sadly they kept me from reading. I've still got so many great stories on my TBR that I've yet to discover - so I've no time to waste.
I do enjoy a breezy magazine with my travel though. I just can't concentrate on a book while at the airport/on a train - too much white noise.

Cheers, Katarina :)

PS. I'll have a look at your subscription methods and then I'll chose #FF

Brenda - yeah $8 dollars is about right. Not all are that much but a lot of them are. The prices just keep going up.

Book Worm- I'm gad we're on the same page! :)

K - I will confess to buying special editions of a couple of magazines - yes for Hunger Games and Harry Potter.

Chrissy - not really. Although we actually have 15 titles in the library people can borrow for a week at a time, so they get read quite well, but i don't think those people would buy them.

Katarina - tell me about that TBR!!! they are ever growing. :P
I can concentrate when out, but I can't read anything on a train/vehicle - get travel sick.

Same here! I'd much rather purchase a good book than a magazine.
