10 Good Things on a Monday (16)

Ten Good Things on a Monday is a fancy meme hosted by Nice Nina @ Brush Up on Your Reading!

Here's how it works:

  1. Think of a particular group of good things you want to make a list on, does not necessarily have to be about books, e.g. your current book wish list, or your favorite book foods (you know, foods you love to eat while reading, if you're like me), or your favorite girly names, whatever you can think of, as long as it makes you feel good.
  2. If you have no ideas for a list, you can always visit my blog post to check out my theme for that week and you can take a cue from my list.
  3. Post your list on your blog, grab that cute ARGH button above and put it on your post too, so we'd know you're doing this meme.
  4. Leave the link for your post on my own 10 Good Things post for the week, if you see others doing it, comment too and let's share our good things with everybody.
  5. Everybody goes through the whole week happy!
This week I will do my top 10 played songs on my itunes (this may give you an insight into my life. :P)

1) I'm Alive by Celine Dion (used in the film 'Stuart Little 2') - Love the feeling of freedom and life in this song. (81 plays)

2) Somebody To Love by Anne Hathaway (from the film 'Ella Enchanted') This is my favourite version of this song, Anne Hathaway is fantastic and has such a pure voice. (79 plays)

3) Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson (used in 'Princess Diaries' film I think) Love the message of this song. I could relate to this song a lot. (79 plays)

4) I Won't Say I'm In Love by Susan Egan, Cheryl Freeman, LaChanze, Vanessa Thomas & Lillias White (From Disney's 'Hercules') Just loved this song from the moment I heard it. (79 plays)

5) He Mele No Lilo ( from Disney's 'Lilo & Stitch) Such a great song. It's in Hawaii's native language, but I've learned the words and can sing them. :D (66 plays)

6) When She Loved Me by Sarah Mclaughlin (from Disney's Toy Story 2 - Jessie's Song) Beautiful song and always makes me tear up. (66 plays)

7) Shadowland by The Original Broadway Cast of The Lion King - Beautiful song. I adore it and often walk around signing it. (64 plays)

8) Because Of You by Kelly Clarkson - Another song that makes me tear up. So much emotion put into it. (63 plays)

9) When I Look At You by Miley Cyrus (used in 'The Last Song' film) Such a beautiful, moving, expressive song. Love it. I always play it. It's my chill out, cheer up, sit and think song.  (62 plays)

10) A Whole New World by Peabo Bryson & Regina Belle (from Disney's Aladdin') One of my favourite Disney songs and probably the first one I knew all the words to. (61 plays)

OK I've just realised all but one of those songs have been used in a film or was written for a film. So I guess it's safe to say I love film music.
Amazingly the song that I would call my all time favourite isn't in my top 10 of played songs. Strange huh!

Have you heard any of those songs? What do you think of them? What's You're Favourite?

Have a great week everyone. :D

This reminded me of the theme song from Beauty and the Beast, which was the piece that I keep singing when I was a little kid and had to perform in front of relatives and during school events (I know, totally lame - I used to be known as "That Belle girl" by my school mates).

Thank you for sharing your melodious Good Things, Becky!
