Book Blogger Hop: June 17th - 20th & FF (22) & TGIF (5)

Book Blogger Hop
Book Blogger Hop is hosted by Crazy-for-Books and is an awesome way to for book bloggers to interact and find each other. Such a wonderful idea! There's a new question every week that all the participating blogs have to answer.

This week's question is:

How many books are currently in your To-Be-Read (TBR) Pile?

My Answer: Gosh, I can't give you an exact figure because I keep adding more books to it, then reading some, then adding more, but I'd guess somewhere around 350 books. :O Crazy I know, but I can't help myself. I can picture it now,

Person: Welcom to tonight's support meeting, tell us about yourself

Me: HI, my name's Becky and I'm a book addict!

lol

Follow Friday

Follow Friday is an opportunity to discover and follow other book related blogs! Want to join? Check it out at Parajunkee.

This week's question comes from Rhiannon Paille

Genre Wars! What's your favorite genre and which book in that genre made it your favorite?

My Answer: ooh not really sure, I change when I find something I like, but I suppose I mostly read Paranormal. However I am getting more into Dystopian.  The book that made that genre my favourite, well for Dystopian it would have to be two - Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins and Divergent by Veronic Roth. Can you say WOW.  I can't really pinpoint one off the top of my head for Paranormal I've been reading it for a while and there are so many good ones.

TGIF!

This is a new meme hosted by GReads!

This Friday's Question:

And I Quote: What are some of your favorite book quotes?

Ooh, I love book quotes, here's my favourites:

"If you want to know what a man's like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals."
J.K. Rowling (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire)

"Never trust anyone who has not brought a book with them."
Lemony Snicket (Horseradish: Bitter Truths You Can't Avoid)

"A brave man acknowledges the strength of others."
Veronica Roth (Divergent

"Every girl pretends she is a princess at one point, no matter how little her life is like that."
Alex Flinn (Beastly

"And may the odds be ever in your favor."
Suzanne Collins (The Hunger Games)

"It is possible to be in love with you just because of who you are."
Maggie Stiefvater (Shiver)

"Books are my friends, my companions. They make me laugh and cry and find meaning in life."
Christopher Paolini (Eragon)

OK, I could do this all night, so I'll stop there as I need to get to bed soon.

If you love Quote's, then check out 'Quote Love' a weekly meme hosted by Kayla at Midnight Twilight every Saturday. (bit of shameless promotion there, she's got a great blog)

Hopping through. That is one of my favorite quotes from all of HP. That and Dumbledore's quote of Death as the next great adventure in Sorcerer's stone.

Thank you for linking to Quote Love! You are awesome!

I really like the Eragon quote. I still haven't read Eragon yet, but I need to soon, it seems really good.

LOL on your book addict comment.

I only counted the physical books I have on my shelf. I hope I have been answering the question correctly.

I only have 29 to be read. Pretty manageable.

Just stopping by to say hello and to take a look around.

ONLY 24 hours left to enter.

I am having a Father's Day giveaway on my blog if you would like to stop by.
