FF (72) & TGIF (55)

This week's question feature is from
Books of Love

Q: You are a matchmaker — your goal, hook up two characters from two of your favorite books. Who would it be? How do you think it would go?

My Answer: Oh, I have no idea. Should we really be meddling with this sort of thing? Most characters already have their own romance going on. But ok, in the spirit of things, here goes. 2 of my favourite books are Hunger Games and Harry Potter, so let's see. Draco Malfoy dating FoxFace. Could be interesting. I htink they would either spend hours plotting evil schemes or would get so annoyed with each other they would try to kill each other. Not sure who would survive out of the two either.

That's just a weird thought!

This Friday's Question:

Issue Books: Which books have you found to be very rewarding when it comes to tackling tougher issues?

My Answer: I really liked 'Twenty Boy Summer' by Sarah Ockler which deals with the loss of a loved on, and also first love and friendships.

'Amy & Roger's Epic Detour' was fun, that also tackled a death, but also dealth with fears, freedom and life's direction.

When I was younger I loved Jacqueline Wilson, nearly all her books are 'issues' from Adoption, Fostering, Abandonment, Suicide, Crimes etc and I loved seeing her insight into that world. She's still writing and is still just as popular today.

Happy Hopping, have a great weekend everyone!!!

I felt the same way about this question! The characters I love usually already have people they're with, so it was hard to imagine them with other people. But your choices are fun to imagine! Good pick.

New follower! Here's my FF.
