This week's question feature is Book Liaison
Q: What do you hope to accomplish with your blog? Is it to one day
become an author yourself, just for fun, maybe get some online
attention, or maybe something very different?
My Answer: this is quite a tough question really as it's such a broad answer. I originally set this blog up as a way to keep a record of all the books I was reading and a way to interact and talk to other people about the books I loved. I do that but so much more as well.
It's a good online contact, a way to discover more great books, and a way to practice my writing and networking.
I do hope to be a writer one day. I have written one novel, one picture book and am working on more, but I never thought blogging would help me on my path to being a published author. I suppose it can't hurt, but really I suppose the ultimate answer is that I want my blog to be a way to share my love of books, as long as I have that I'm happy.
If more comes from it then that's great, but to be honest I am happy with it being a place to share the book love!
Happy Hopping & Blogging. :D
I wanted to share a photo of me, it's not book related, but last weekend my best friend, my brother and I went to the 'EuroGamer Expo' in London and got to play on loads of cool games that haven't been released yet, such as the new Tomb Raider, Assassins Creed, Just Dance 4 and loads more! There is a cool Merlin game coming out which I loved and can't wait to play.
There were some people in cosplay etc, but the one I loved the most was this:
We met Sonic the Hedgehog. :D so cool!
I have just revealed myself as such a geek! but never mind. It was a really cool day.
And Question, but don't you think the new Lara Croft (which is supposed to be a prequel and she's 18) looks just like Katniss from Hunger Games?
Anyway. That's it for the moment. Have a good book week! :D

Great answer! I think love of books should be why everyone starts a book blog. It's such a great way to meet other people with similar interests!
