Teaser Tuesday: Young Sherlock Holmes - Death Cloud

TEAser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along, just do as following:

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) "teaser" sentences from somewhere on that page
  • Be careful not to include any spoilers so as not to ruin the book for others!
Make sure to share the title and the author so other TT participants can add the book to their TBR piles!

"Everything seemed so far away. He was falling, but he didn't feel the impact as he hit the ground."

I want to read this one.

As for the TLC auction, you still have about an hour and a half. The time at the bottom of your comments should show EST. Was your bid 20 then? Feel free to edit your post or post a new one with your final bid. :)

Thanks to all for stopping by.

The original Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle is great, but these are very cleverly done, really gives you a feel for how Sherlock became the man we all know, really enjoying it. :D
